Obtain the Best Version of You!
Working on Your Triad and Creating Your Best SelfToday we would like to discuss working on Your Triad and Creating the Best Version of Yourself. We have many categories that make up our life (i.e. Just to make a few: Spiritual, Professional, Physical, Home Economical, etc.) and we need to be the best version of ourselves in each of these categories to get ultimate outcomes. We accomplish the feat of being our very best by awakening the emotional state we all have within. The first leg of the triad is Physiological using Movement, Action, Breathing, Gestures, and Visual Imagery that is associated to when you felt your best. For instance, close your eyes and remember a moment in time when you felt ultimate success and felt strong (What were some of the motions, smells or sounds that are associated to that memory?). Another example, you take a moment of your busy schedule to consciously take deep breathes to slow down and clearly focus. The second leg of the triad is Focus. What you focus on is where you go, we want to focus on positive outcomes to get positive results. The last leg of the triad is Language. Using words like "I should or I would" is not empowering; however, words like "I will or I must" is certain and empowering. We do not wake up in a positive state every morning saying that I am going to kick butt and take names. We can begin to process of using the Triad and creating the best version of ourselves by thinking of 3 things that we are grateful for then 3 outcomes/results you want to achieve in the day.Close your eyes, Breath, Focus on the outcomes, and saying out loud to yourself that you will/must achieve these outcomes!I hope that the information above was helpful in planning out and scheduling your desired outcome. We would love to hear some of your triad rituals you have used to reach the outcomes that you deserve.Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to share in the experience of growing together.Until Next Time,Thomas"We"re in the business of building lifelong relationships with our clients. Jewelry is just the passion that brings us together."
