What is the shipping cost and how long does it take to receive it?
Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Expected delivery time varies by the location but it usually takes 3-7 business days.
What are my payment choices?
We accept all major credit card incluing, amercian express, discover, master card, visa and paypal. If you wish to order in large quantity and requires wire transaction, please contact us first and we can provide you bank info or western union service.

What is your policy on return and exchange?
We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but jwholesale strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one.We will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
In order for us to process your return, please follow the guidelines below.
All return/exchage/refund must be requested from My account and receive RMA number which must be printed or marked with returning package.
Return period
Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the 14 days.
Non-returnable items
Some items are not able to be returned including: Specail sales items, bundled/packaged sale items, items that has openned by customer and used at least once or if it is missing parts. If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item.
Exchanges
Jwholesale is not able to exchange items purchased online at this time. However, if you return the items, we will post credit to your account and can be ordered with your next purchase.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee is applicable in some categories, unless you are a Premier member, the item is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law. The restocking fee charges are:

Promotional items and bundles
As a benefit to our customers, jwholesale.com occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together. When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. This occasionally results in additional funds being owed to jwholesale.
How do I track my order?
Step 1 - Once logged into your jwholesale.com MyAccount goto Order History/Track Order under order info. your order will be listed from the last 12 months. Locate the order you are wanting an update on.
Step 2 - After you have located your order, look to the right of the page under "status". If your status shows as "Complete" or "Partially Shipped", your order has entered the shipping process. Please note that this does not necessarily mean your item has left the warehouse and is enroute.
To see where your item is at, you can check the tracking number (if available)* by clicking the "Track Number" hyperlink.
How do I return my product?
Please check our Store policy to see if the item you are returning meets our return plicy criteria and use follwoing step to return or exchange
Step 1: Plase click on Return/Exchange. - login required
Step 2: Find and click on the order number where returning item is located.
Step 4: Find the item you wish to return, and enter item number and reason for return.
Step 6: Click on submit button where you will be taken to a page with RMA number.
Step 7: Once on the RMA detail page, you will need to print the page or write it down on the box/package you are returning the item.
I received the wrong product. What do I do?
If you received the wrong product, you can request an RMA and we will ship you the correct item.
Upon receipt of the incorrect item, your RMA will be processed and a new order will be generated at no additional cost to you.
Please note that jwholesale.com does not cross-ship any items, even if you received the wrong product.
If you need the replacement sooner than the RMA process allows, we recommend requesting the RMA for a refund instead of a replacement order, and placing a new order for the item. In this situation, you will be charged for the second order, but refunded for the first order once we process your RMA
