Minimum order requirement
The minimum merchandise purchase amount is $100.00 per order excluding shipping cost and use of credit.
Return and Exchange
We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but jwholesale strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one.We will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
In order for us to process your return, please follow the guidelines below.
All return/exchage/refund must be requested from My account and receive RMA number which must be printed or marked with returning package.
Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the 14 days.
Some items are not able to be returned including: Limited Special Items, bundled/packaged sale items, items that has openned by customer and used at least once or if it is missing parts. If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item.
Jwholesale is not able to exchange items purchased online at this time. However, if you return the items, we will post credit to your account and can be ordered with your next purchase.
A restocking fee is applicable in some categories, unless you are a Premier member, the item is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law. The restocking fee charges are: 30% of returning item total
As a benefit to our customers, jwholesale.com occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together. When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. This occasionally results in additional funds being owed to jwholesale.
Upon completing return/exchage, jwholesale will post full credit toward your acccount in the amount of returned item(s)

We have worked with many credit company and came to decision that paypal provides security and protection again fraud for our customer. You will be able to use your credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover with paypal.Paypal account and login is required to make the purchase from jwholesale. takes Visa, Master Card, and Amex Card. We also gladly accept bank wire transfer but, customers must establish a good purchasing history with us before utilizing wire transfer or check deposit as order payment method. We do not accept company or personal check or COD payment.
