Store Policy

JWHOLESALE IS AN EXCLUSIVE WHOLESALE WEBSITE AND ONLY SELLS PRODUCTS TO BUSINESSES AND RETAILERS.REGISTRATION

JWholesale sells Products exclusively to businesses and retailers. For US customers, a tax ID must be provided. International customers are not required to have a Tax ID. For all other businesses that do not have a tax ID readily available, please contact the Customer Care Department at 347-852-8277.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Minimum order amount is $59. There are no exceptions. Any orders received before 3PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped out the same day. Any orders received after 3PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

In the event, if we fail to complete your order due to damaged Products or other unanticipated events, Store Rewards credit will be given towards your next purchase

SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are insured up to $100.00 without additional charge. If you would like additional insurance please contact us through our "Got a Question?" or call us at 347-852-8277.

UPS will be used for all shipments including but not limited to the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories(Puerto Rico, Guam) and the Virgin Islands and all International shipments Any orders $299 and up will be shipped free of charge to confirmed addresses and non-signature required shipment option within the Continental US. All other orders are shipped at a flat rate of $11.95. We ship to APO/FPO addresses but we DO NOT ship to P.O. Box Addresses. If any other shipment arrangements would be preferred, please contact us.

Shipping methods other than standard Ground (ex. 2nd Day Shipping or Overnight Shipping) must also be received by 3PM Eastern Standard Time to be honored for same day processing and shipment.

Please note: JWholesale is NOT responsible for any extra duty/tariff/taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to figure out any other costs, rules, and other regulations that apply. No Store Rewards credit will be given to any packages refused due to these additional taxes

RETURNS / DAMAGED ITEMS

Any Return Claims must be done within 15 days of shipment date. Absolutely NO returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items. RMAs MUST be generated within 15 days of shipment date. Please make sure that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside package when shipping. For all returns, only Store Rewards credit will be given. Cancelled orders before shipment will result in full store credit to your account. Cancelled orders after shipment will result in a 30% cancellation fee of the order value and you will be charged for the reshipment fee back to us. A return shipping fee will be charged in the event that a package is not deliverable. If the undelivered package is still requested, you will be held responsible for all fees and shipping costs. Damaged and defective items must be returned in its original unopened and unmarked packaging. Please note, items received outside of its original packaging will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping on returned items. JWholesale is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or undeliverable. We recommend that you use a reputable carrier with tracking services. Store credit will be applied to your account once the package is received, inspected, and cleared by our Shipping Department. If the package is not received, you will not receive any store credit. All items that are in the original packaging, unopened and unmarked will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied against the customer"s store credit. Our Quality Control and Shipping Department implements a systemized packaging process. If you find that an item from you order is missing, please contact us immediately. Claims will only be honored if notified within 3 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by UPS. All policy items are subject to change without notice.
